The real estate industry as an important pillar industry of China’s national economy, in recent years by the double impact of the international economic crisis and domestic macro-control policies the survive harsh environments has been intensified. The real estate business to achieve sustained development in this environment and seek the consolidation of market position, must start from the enterprise’s own management system, to strengthen their risk resilience, enhanced management control capabilities. It is particularly important as the important part of the real estate business-the project management optimization. Looking at the current domestic leading real estate companies, and all their project management have extraordinary advantage and strength. But in the end, human factor determines the level of effectiveness of the project management, and it’s the most important factor, human is the main subject to design, develop, and promote a project, therefore, the Project Human Resource Management should be the most important impact of the project construction quality, schedule and cost control.This paper will take Guangzhou Chuanghong real estate company as a project, by researching meticulous management of the project of human resources to explore existing problems in the human resource management of real estate project, and by comprehensive using of the theories and methods of human resource management and project management, we can build the projects human resources fine management ideas and programs. The main approach to the study of this thesis are literature research, interviews, case analysis. Through research, to build its proposed six aspects of project human resource refinement module. This study will help to solve the existing problems in Chuanghong real estate company Project Human Resource Management, and there are certain lessons to build fine project human resources management in domestic real estate enterprises.
