Real estate development project is a complex systematic project,which requires personnel from various departments to cooperate with each other.Human resource is an essential factor in project operation and implementation,and plays a decisive role in the whole process of project development.Only by reasonably using the human resources of the project and improving the efficiency of the staff can we ensure the efficient operation of the real estate construction project.This paper,taking WJ real estate project as an example,uses related theories such as human resource allocation,human resource development planning,enterprise strategic investment and other related theories,through literature analysis comprehensive analysis,theoretical analysis,investigation and other related methods to the status and existing problems of WJ project human resource management and optimization of human resource management body.The implementation of safeguard measures has been thoroughly studied and explored.First of all,this paper analyzes the main problems and causes of the WJ real estate project from the aspects of WJ project investment and basic status,long-term human resources planning,incentive and performance assessment,and the overall dynamic allocation of human resources.The WJ real estate project lacks medium and long term human resources planning strategies,lack of senior management personnel and senior technical personnel.The effect of talent training is not significant;most of the employees are not satisfied with the performance evaluation,and the managers in various departments are also lack of trust and coordination,and the problems arise from each other.The structure of human resources is not perfect,the process of allocation is unreasonable;the loss rate of the project personnel is large;the construction of human resources is not scientific.Secondly,the influence factors of the project human resource management system are improved and analyzed by means of questionnaire investigation,and the optimization model of human resources management is set up,based on this,Corresponding optimization measures and implementation safeguard measures were put forward.Through 6 factors such as career development planning,training mechanism,incentive mechanism,competition atmosphere,team consciousness and team culture,the optimization measures are formulated,and the implementation guarantee of the optimization measures is put forward,which lays a solid foundation for the good operation of the human resource management system after the project.
