With the social competition being gradually strong, working pressure cource resultingin employees produce different levels of stress response the problem of work stress hasalready become the focus of widespread concern. At present, the issue of work stress hasbeen attaching great importance by more and more ventures. Serious job stress could notonly affect staffs’ health, but also influence the performance of the whole organization indifferent extents, and then threat the social stability. With increasingly growth of thepopulation of knowledge staffs after1980s in organization, which will become importantworkers in enterprises, the management of their work stress must be paid more and moreattention in the future. At the same time, more and more scholars have begun to explore thestress management issues.Given this background, by the investigation and interviews of knowledge staffs after1980s, eventually form work stressor questionnaire, coping styles questionnaire and mentalhealth scale. Through factor analysis, ANOVA, correlation analysis, multi-level ststisticalanalysis, and the research shows that the main factors for the job stressor of knowledgeemployees after1980s are as follows: the financial reward, career development, the workitself, the role of pressure, organizational structure and atmosphere, interpersonal, work-family conflict pressure, which the financial reward pressure is the main job stress source.And the research applications Amos software to analysis confirmatory factor for the workingpressure of knowledge employees after1980s, which makes the constituent elements of theworking pressure have been well verified. This article focuses on inspecting the relationshipamong job stressor, coping styles and mental health of the enterprise employees, drawingdemographic factors on individual differences in each dimension, job stressors are majorfactor in mental health problems, revealing mechanism of working pressure during the reaction, confirming coping stress palying an important role in the process of intermediaryrole.According to the survey findings, it put forward to pressure coping and pressureintervention strategies from the individual level and organizational level respectively toimprove mental health level of knowledge employees after1980s, and then make themmaintain a good condition for the life and work.
