In the21st century, under the environment of the international market’sincreasingly fierce competition, China’s electronic manufacturing enterprises arefacing with a harsh living environment. Labor costs, the international marketenvironment, and the competition, effects the survival and development of electronicmanufacturing enterprises. In enterprise interior, management difficulty is inincreasing. China’s electronic manufacturing enterprises mostly are the labor-intensive.The large number of employees plus excessive work pressure often makes theenterprise internal management frequently appears all sorts of problems. Stressmanagement became more and more important in the internal management ofenterprises.GDF is a large electronic manufacturing enterprise, and it is also alabor-intensive enterprises representative. Inside the company, especially in theproduction department, there are many problems such as too large psychologicalpressure, high turnover rate, production efficiency which reduced year by year,continuous occurrence of psychological crisis and human safety accidents and otherproblems. GDF and the majority of electronics manufacturing enterprises aregenerally lack of effective stress management means and the psychological healthmaintenance method. Especially for the causes of the problems, they cannot useconducted investigation and targeted measures. All this has a direct impact on thesurvival and development of enterprises.The stress management problems of GDF production department and theemployees’ psychological factors and the organizational environment are closelyrelated. How to raise the staff psychological quality and the ability of resistance, andhow to strengthen the cohesion and improve organizational efficiency, are all the GDFmanagement problems that need to be solved. It is in value to research and solve thepressure management of GDF, and that will provide great reference value for the samekind of electronics manufacturing enterprises.For GDF,to find effective stress management methods need to research from theorganizational environment, sources of stress, mental health and other roots of thestress problems. And need to draw lessons from domestic and international pressuremanagement and mental health research experience, use psychology technical andmanagement knowledge, deeply collect and study of production organization andemployee information data. Finally, a mental health and pressure managementsystems of GDF production department will be constructed.The construction of GDF stress management system will promote the all levelsof staff psychological quality in the production departments, will providepsychological health maintenance and pressure regulating, will prevent the occurrence of crisis events, well enhance the overall organization stress management level ofproduction department, and well provide strong protection for the enterprise’sscientific production and management.
