As globalization continues apace, the advantage of low labor cost and low rawmaterial&energy price will no longer exist in China, it is more difficult to make moneyfor most of company in China, so how to reduce the cost and win the competition hasbecome an important topic for enterprise. Lean production focuses to eliminate allwastes in whole production process, so it help shorten Lead time and reduce cost. Thisthesis combined the Lean activities that author applied in ABC hardware company. Bysummarizing activity results, this paper further stated some suggestion on Leanproduction. And it will be a salutary lesson for the other company in China.The paper is divided into six chapters.Chapter I proposes the research rang background and significance of the subject.Chapter II introduces the development course and the concept of Lean Production,presents the technologies&tools and the implement process of Lean Production,analyzes the domestic and overseas enterprises and academic institutions for researchand application of Lean Production, and discusses the implementation necessity of LeanProduction in Chinese hardware industry.Chapter III analyzes the production management of ABC Hardware Company andpoints out the existing problems.Chapter IV amplifies the implementation Lean Production in ABC HardwareCompany from the aspect of supply chain, production organization, and productionefficiency, quality, cost, safety, personnel training.Chapter V evaluates the effect of application of Lean Production in ABC HardwareCompany, and points out the existing problems and future direction of improvement.Chapter VI concludes the whole paper.
