3D industry, as a new industry category, is one of the high-tech industries. Thehigh-tech industries, as the high value-added, high-tech, low pollution and low-powerindustry, has been widely appreciated and develop rapidly.3D display technique canalso be widely used in the media, medical, military, industrial, textile and otherindustries. It has closely relative with LCD displays, optoelectronics industries.therefore,this industry has been concerned widespeadly and developed rapidly in our country.This industry has become a hotpot in society and many corportions attempt todevelop this industry. However, in our society, we have not yet formed a completeindustrial standards and trade rules. Futhermore, this industry develop rapidly andshortly, we cannot predict the develop trend in the future.Although3D technology can be widely used in other industries, the techology isstill at the exploration stage. In other words, this techology is unmature to be applied toother industris widely. Maybe it’s long process, maybe not. So, the future of thisindustry is full of unpredictability and risk.Because of the increasingly fierce market competition and the high-tech developsharply, we have to predict the risk in advance and find some opportunities. Accordingto the actual conditions of enterprises, we can make a long-term stable strategicplanning for the further development.In this paper, we make the YC Company as an example in the3D industry toresearch how to make the strategy. Secondly, we analyse the external envrionmentaccording the PEST analysis methods that include political, economic, socio-culturaland technological environment. We also use the Porter’s five forces model analysismethod to analyze the industrial environment to know the position YC Company in andthe situations of competitions YC company face to. Thirdly, we use the SWOT methodto analysis the internal conditions of YC Company to discuss how to overcome thethreat and how to use the internal resources substantially.After the comprehensive evaluation, we further combine the development stage todiscuss the Competitive Strategy and then we choose the suitable strategy for YCCompany.At last, we attempt to make a series of specific policies and measures to ensure the implementation of corporate strategy smoothly. These measures include four aspectsas follow:1)how to increase innovation and R&D capability;2)how to increase theexpenrience in business and production capability;3)how to keep the realtionship withcustomers;4)how to complete the human resource system.This study is not only useful to development of YC Company but provide a goodreference for other companies in this industry.
