Caic Organization Structure Change Research

Aviation Industry is a special industry. As the national defense industry, it has gotthe baptism of the global economic as well. To summarize and conclude theorganization reform characteristic and rule of AVIC subsidiaries which effected by theglobal economic integration, this article take the organization reform from Y2000inCAIC as the study object, analyzing the external environmental changes, focus on theorganization reform process, analyzing the reason、main achievements and problems indifferent phase.The research is mainly on four aspects: essence analysis, adjustment reason andmotivation、major achievements and problems; the method to reform; the regularity andhow to improve the organization reform in CAIC.From the research, this article to point out the following three modes“partialorganization reform、systematic organization reform、essential organization reform”and the bilateral management frame as “the decomposition system from the strategy toposition, the evaluation system from position to strategy”.The article is to analyze and study the organization reform in two phases in CAIC,integrating the essence research, to design the follow up after the organization reform.The research in CAIC reflect the industrial management and characteristic, thesummarized rule and methods have active reference function to other enterprises.
