Research And Analysis Of Economic Transformation And Development Of Danling County

With the implementation of the twelfth “five years plan” and west developmentpolicy, China’s economy has achieved rapid development. In the meanwhile, regionaldevelopment is closely related whit the development of local social environment, andecological environment, and it should notice to protect the ecological environment andkeep the local culture. How to reasonable planning local economic developmentstrategy, make the regional economic integration of the local resources fully andeffectively and take the sustainable development has becoming the development priorityof regions. In the recent years, the economic development of Danling county increaserapidly, while there are still many adverse factors and the speed of development still lag.This article attempt to deal the problems through analyzing the current developmentsituation of Danling’s economy, investigate the opportunities and challenges in externalenvironment, and strength and weak in the internal conditions. Based on the regionaleconomic theory and sustainable development theory, we state that Danling’s futureregional development strategy should concentrate on the three aspects, which are thetransformation of regional positioning, the evolution of the three major industries, andtransition of regional spatial reorganization, and then establish ecological, economic andsustainable development pattern of regional development. The article also provides theimplementation principle and the key elements. At the end of the paper, the article givessuggestion on the safeguard system from development perspectives. It provide thatDanling County should pay more attention to the image marketing strategy, industryselection measures, the development of whole system, organization managementmechanism, the funds safeguard measures and talent guarantee measures. This articletends to provide innovative model in accord with market rules and national sustainabledevelopment strategy, which will give good reference for the development strategy ofCounties with similar background.
