Research On New Urbanization Development In Xiejia Town

"Eleven five" since, Sichuan Province, the urbanization rate has increased by7.18percentage points, an average increase of1.44percentage points,0.5percentage pointshigher than the national average level, the gap between the level of urbanization byexpanded to narrow the "inflection point". In2010, Sichuan Province urbanization rateof40.18%, the urban population of32312000people, the urban area of about3500square kilometers, the province has entered a rapid development stage of urbanization.At present, Sichuan Province formed a large city Chengdu as the core,8big city and16medium city as the backbone,28small city and1793small towns based provincialurban system, basically formed the Chengdu Plain, southern Sichuan, NortheastSichuan, Pan Xi Si large city agglomeration, agglomeration radiation region center citygradually increased. In December31,2011, Sichuan Provincial People’s governmentoffice to Chuan Ban Fa (2011) No.94issued the "Sichuan Province"1025"urbanization development planning". The "planning" development foundation,guiding ideology and development goals, optimizing the urban development pattern,raise the overall carrying capacity of cities, improve the construction of urban planningand management, establish a sound conducive to healthy urbanization, measures the7chapter."Planning" proposed development goals are: to further improve the level ofurbanization; urban system more perfect; quality of urban development is obviouslyincreased;"pattern of interactive development of two" basic formation; urbanizationdevelopment mechanism more perfect. Since the implementation of the westerndevelopment strategy, Sichuan Province, explicitly proposed to speed up theurbanization development strategy. At present, the new urbanization constructionSichuan Province has entered a new period of accelerated development, accelerateindustrialization urbanization, is the strategic deployment of provincial Partycommittee, the provincial government focus on the overall situation and long-termdevelopment of sichuan.This article is in this context, attempts to Xie Jia new town constructiondevelopment present situation, mode, problems were analyzed, based on investigation and research of Xie Pengshan County town, such as "putting forward the problem, thetheory support and research design: field investigation and data analysis conclusion,proposed" route research.
