China’s New Urbanization Construction Industry In The New Town Development

Since the reform and opening up,China’s urban society great changes have taken place in economic construction,urbanization level increased from7.3%in1949to52.6%in2012, development zone and new town construction in full swing. However,the way of urbanization in China is faced with many problems and difficulties,such as big cities employment, environment,transportation,life stress and the resulting all kinds of social contradictions increasingly worse.In this context,adhere to the "people-oriented,four modernizations synchronization" of the new urbanization strategy to become the future direction of urban development in our country,and the new city is China’s new industrial strong support and guarantee for the construction of urbanization. In this paper,based on the research of the new town development,to promote China’s urbanization construction and promote the development of county economy has important practical significance.The full text is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction. Introduction mainly introduces the research background and research significance,research status at home and abroad,research methods and technical route,etc. on the whole this research do a general in this paper.The second part is the theoretical basis.Mainly includes two parts,one is for urbanization,new conception of urbanization and industrial new town;2it is respectively expounds the theory about the development of the urbanization building and industrial new town,in order to provide theoretical guidance and support for below.The third part is the new urbanization construction industry in the new town development. Mainly includes three parts,one is meaning,experience,problems and direction of new urbanization construction four aspects of comprehensive analysis; Second,exploring the intrinsic relationships between the new type of urbanization and industrial new town; Three,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges from experience four aspects to study the development of the industry present situation and the situation.The fourth part is the new urbanization construction industry in the new city development mode and path.
