This article studies on the existing condition of Camellia oleifera Abel. industry of Fuzhou City.The industry, as one of the key industries supported by the government, owns unique advantageswith the excellent natural environment. Besides developing the industry itself, more importantly, italso stimulates the advancement of the upstream-motivating the cultivation, increasing localfarmers’ income, while protecting the natural resources and enhancing the ecological quality-anddownstream-promoting product development and variation, thus providing abundant choices forconsumers-industries, as well as other related industries. It benefits the market, consumers andthe industry itself, while creates more job opportunities as the local logistics advances at the sametime.The author, who works at Fuzhou Forestry Bureau, has collected data by questionnaire feedbacksfrom the forestry bureaus of each counties, Fuzhou City. Besides studying on the data, the articlealso references to latest industrious literatures and case studies, while makes SWOT analysis ofthe current development of the industry of Fuzhou. It indicates the existing issues, as well as thestrategies.
