Analyst On The Rural Land Consolidation From The Perspective Of Sustainable Land Use

Land consolidation is a comprehensive foundation work that can improve the ruralland use, the life in village and the agricultural production environment. What’s more,land consolidation is the important way and means to achieve sustainable utilization ofland resources. At present, people haven’t done enough research in sustainableutilization of land resources or form a system theory. Therefore, it’s of great significanceto do the evaluation of what impact can the sustainable use of land resources do toland consolidation. It can benefit the theories and practical activities of landconsolidation.This article is based on the analysis of rural land consolidation and the theories andmethods of sustainable land use. It’s a discussion of sustainable utilization of landresources and Further put forward the indicators and evaluation system to promoteland consolidation.Combined with the project in WuTan town, which is a village inNanPing city, this paper makes a discussion of the Relationship between rural landconsolidation and sustainable utilization of land resources by the study of economicbenefits, social benefits and ecological benefits in this object.The paper includes five parts.The first part mainly discuses on the basis study of domestic and foreign literaturereview and determine the background, research significance and research status. Also,it’s an introduction of research methods, research train of thought, technical routes andso on.The second part is the expound elaboration of basic theories, the development ofthe current situation, existing problems and relationship between the sustainableutilization of land resources and land consolidation.In third part, to determine the sustainable utilization evaluation index andevaluation method, part three introduces the related theory of sustainable utilization’sevaluation index system and the study of evaluation index system.The forth part introduces the general situation of land consolidation projects inWuTan town. The present situation of land use and possibility of the sustainableutilization are analyzed and been brief sum-up.The fifth part is a conclusion of what is discussed above. Further more, bringsabout the insufficient and prospect in the research process.
