With the rapid economic development and the the external environment increasingly changes, strategy plays a more significant role in the development of enterprises. The establishment of human resources management which consistent with its own strategic becomes an important factor for its long-term development. Performance management is the core of human resource management system. Through the decomposition of corporate strategic objectives and the identification of the task of various functional departments, Performance management evaluates the performance and results of members or organizations. At the same time, through performance evaluation feedback and communication, it tries to improve the quality of enterprise performance management. Furthermore, it motivates employees to improve job performance and promotes the accomplishment of corporate strategic goals, At last, it helps to achieve organizational development and employee growth benign,it is win-win results.Based on the theory of performance management and using the case study research method, we analyze XY Company’s existing performance management system to explore one of the shortcomings and deficiencies. On this basis, we put forward XY Company’s optimal performance management and Guarantee of methods of new systems. Through this, we aims at helping XY Company enhance and improve organizational performance. In the end we mentioned the shortcoming of this thesis and further study.Through this research and combined with the specific case, we clearly understand the performance management for enterprise human resources management as well as the important role for strategic objectives. At the same time, through this research, we hope to help improve and perfect XY Company performance management system, and further to improve organizational performance.
