Study On Performance Management Of Ningxia Yinglite Logistics Limited Liability Company

Ningxia yinglite Logistics Co., Ltd., a state-owned small and medium-sized enterprises, operating at the same time coal sales and transportation business. The purpose of this paper is to study how to make full use of the advantages of performance management in the process of the development of small and medium enterprises, and to promote the development of enterprises.This article uses the literature research method, to the domestic and foreign enterprise performance management research to sort out, in order to provide the theoretical basis for performance management design, develop design ideas. The questionnaire survey was used to analyze the performance management, performance appraisal and performance evaluation results, and the problems and reasons of the company performance management were analyzed.In reference to the basis of research results at home and abroad, the problems existing in the performance management of the company of focus on the needs of the future development of the company, performance management system of the company performance management objectives, performance management system, performance management process and performance management evaluation four aspects to perfect, and puts forward the improved performance management system and the implementation of the safeguard measures.
