H Corporation is a leading international sanitary company, founded in1940, has a long history of nearly70years, it engaged in sanitary ware, construction materials, ceramic tile and kitchenware kitchen equipment, and many other fields, it is a large kitchen group among the "global Top Ten sanitary group", it is also a stock market of sanitary enterprises, there have operations and manufacturing centers in the world, its businesses all over the world. H Company enter to the Chinese market at the end of20th century, it achieved much profits for their hard work and excellent marketing in domestic market, many consumers liked it.In recent years, as Chinese sanitary ware market has grown, many domestic sanitary ware brand changed the simple mode of production, their began to produce refined marketing management restructuring, they attach importance to research and development, product market positioning start from the low to the high-end market positioning, They began to compete with H, other international companies such as Kohler, TOTO, Roca, also gradually expand through investment and acquisition market share in China, began to seize the high-end market, but H companies still no timely to adjust marketing strategy, so that high-end market has lost, the overall market share began to decline slowly.In this background, this paper use4P marketing theory to do a detailed analysis and discussion for H company from the marketing strategy point of view, Combined with relevant marketing theory to develop H’s marketing strategy, in order to find a suitable H’s marketing strategy in China.I believe that H pinpoint their target customers and and market positioning, while H adjust themselves product, price, channel, and marketing strategy, there are still opportunities to consolidate the market and achieve growth.
