With the deepening of the reform of the banking sector, and the listing of the joint-stock reform of state-owned commercial banks, a large number of foreign banks to enter the context of the reform of rural credit cooperatives preferential policies to accelerate the upgrading and improvement of their own quality of competition makes the competition in China’s bankingsteering the strategic level, relying solely on the homogeneity of the product and the service has been unable to win in the competition. The majority of city commercial banks how to seek a more rational market positioning and scientific development mode, how to formulate development strategies suited to their own conditions is a major issue for all city commercial banks have in-depth thinking. Currently, the Huarong Xiangjiang bank is in the development of major transition, these transformations is mainly reflected in:from local commercial banks operating in a single area to regional commercial banks operating in multiple regions; from extensive management, relationship marketing, homogeneous competition to professional management, integrated marketing, differentiated competition, the establishment of core competitiveness, sustainable business model shift.
