| This paper follows the path from theory to practice. On the theoretical side, this paper illustrates branch transformation connotation, according to the service profit chain theory, the theory of channel management, customer segmentation theory, the scope of economic theory, and pointes out the necessity of branch transformation respectively in theory. In practice, this paper analysis the operating status of A bank branch, and operates field investigation, in order to identify the operating deficiencies with A bank branch and point out the necessity of branch transformation in practically.According to the theory and practice analysis, drawing on the successful experience of the domestic and foreign commercial bank branch transformation, this paper designs a transformation program of A bank branch. This paper designs the framework and ideas of transformation based on Douglas production function and the Solow model.A bank branch includes three aspects, transformation of human resource investment, transformation of capital investment and transformation of innovation investment. transformation of human resource investment mainly refers to matching staff with positions, optimizing staffing, strengthen staff training, implementing product pricing; transformation of capital investment mainly refers fixed capital investment in restructuring and working capital invested in transition; transformation of innovation investment mainly refers service innovation investment transformation, process innovation investment transformation, product innovation investment transformation. |
