With the constantly increasing of China's reform and opening-up, soaring growth of China economy, and the gradually expanding of globalization, China has gradually become a global manufacturing base, and thus the competition among enterprises appears enormous changes. To advantage in a changing competitive environment occupied the better development enterprises must be capable of producing low-cost, high-quality, diversified products, and also need a rapid response ability to meet customer needs. Only through the use of high-end automation equipment cannot be achieved this level. According to their actual situation, companies must use the idea of lean production to improve the existing business processes, increase the intensity of research and development investment and technological change, combined with new production methods and management tools to improve the traditional organization of production and organization management techniques, so that the operating system of enterprises has been improved. Ultimately, the production cost and system operation cost reduced and product quality, order response capability and service levels improved. Finally improve the competitiveness of the enterprise as a whole.Based on the conditions of a the solar photovoltaic industry enterprise, by means of related theory of lean production, the enterprise production is analyzed and improved. The main contents of this paper include following items:1. First the study on the background of lean production, as well as domestic and international research in related fields is introduced. According to SWOT(strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats), based on the introduction of lean production-related technology and methods, the current situation of the solar photovoltaic industry is analyzed in depth and as the theoretical guidance., come up to the enterprise to introduce the concept of lean production and use lean production theory to guide the production of T enterprises is very necessary.2. The qualitative establishment of the extreme imbalance production mode. Based on the production status and characteristics of the monocrystalline silicon wafer, defined the extreme imbalance production mode from a qualitative point of view. Analyze the causes of extreme imbalance production mode, and compare extremely imbalance production mode and traditional mode of production and lean production methods, summarizes the characteristics of extreme imbalance production mode.3. Under the guidance of lean production theory, build lean quality loss evaluation system.The lean quality system is researched in depth; the lean quality loss model is built. System is intended to identify the root causes of quality problems, which targeted improve the quality problems encountered in the production process.4. The application of the relevant theoretical achievements is accomplished in T enterprise. Use the technique of value stream mapping to analyze the8-inch monocrystalline silicon production line, and find the root causes of waste in the value stream and use some related to lean production technologies such as5S management, line balancing theory, fixed location management improved the problems encountered in the production process of T enterprise. According to the problem of low qualified rate of T enterprise, use the quality loss evaluation system in the production of monocrystalline silicon, which aimed at identify the root causes of quality problems in the process of business operations, thus targeted improve the quality problems encountered in the manufacturing process of T enterprises.According to the lean production techniques, the theoretical models are studied, and applied to T enterprise. Good results of theoretical research and practical application have been obtained finally.
