With China’s sustained economic development and the overall national strength grows, national living standards have been greatly improved, the development of tourism also showed a trend of life March.Our tourism experience driven by inbound tourism and stimulate domestic tours,final realization of inbound tourism and outbound tourism comprehensive development model. Before you go, as of October this year, China’s citizens’departure and destinations increased to146countries or areas, China has become the largest outbound tourist country in Asia and the world’s third-largest outbound consumer nation. We can see that, as one of the three pillars of the tourism industry in the outbound status should not be underestimated, and research more relevant to the outbound, judging from the current research results, mainly of scholars on the outbound tourism in China in terms of market development, market forecasting, consumer behavior, and study on destination choice based primarily on domestic tourism resources as background, few research results in outbound tourism destination choice.This article to Changsha city as an example, real tourists and potential tourists as a research object, tourists outbound destination preferences as a starting point, combining theoretical research and empirical research methods, outbound destination to visitors preferences conducted an exploratory study of the impact factors, filled the blank in this kind of research Tourists outbound tourism impact on environment and tourism attraction is destination preferences of the most important factors. By comparison, reach a different demographic factors affecting factor in travel motivation, destination type, the difference is not significant, and finally this article through the seven effects preference factor and tourist preferences of regression analysis,. Explores the impact of preference factors on frequency of information access, willingness to pay, travel, tourism, travel time, preferences such as type of destination there are significant effects, while traveling, play days, travel motivations of preferences is not rendered significant influence.By results of research findings, to make some practical operational nature of research and application, at the end of this article, combined with the conclusions of the study on tourism enterprises with regulatory agencies and the tourism business made several recommendations:On the macro-sound tourism management system of tourism management departments should be strengthened and, in micro-proposals on tourism enterprises from the point of view of demographic factors on tourism market segmentation and market positioning;Optimizing the structure of tourism products, according to the different needs of designing products and providing services; Free seminars to attract consumer involvement, improve consumer perception; strengthening the construction of information system of tourist destinations.
