Management Of The Cement Industry Value Stream Recycling Economy

Cement is a kind of basic building materials, so that cement industry plays an important role in national economy. The problems are becoming more and more serious such as the shortage of resources, reasonable utilization of resources environment pollution. However the production process generates high level of pollution and energy consumption. So cement industry become the key of developing circular economy. The studies of national or regional cycle have relatively abundant research results. Yet, the research results on the study of enterprise cycle are still not abundant. Especially seldom scholars pay concentrate on the value flow study about the circular economy.The cycle economic value stream theory is from the combination of the industry ecology, environment accounting, resources flow and circulation economy and other related disciplines.The aim of this article is to assess the value flow of the enterprise and the value of external damage synthetically based on the cycle of cement enterprise material flow analysis, and to build a management system of circular economy in cement industry.The content distributed as follows:chapter1introduces the significance of the research background, literature reviews and research methods ect, chapter2constructs the theoretical framework of the circular economic value flow, chapter3explains the basic situation of the circular economy in cement industry, chapter4discusses the circular economic value flow accounting method in the cement enterprise, chapter5and6build a management system of circular economy in cement industry that sets diagnosis, decision, control and evaluation as a whole based on the PDCA cycle theory, chapter7takes the cement enterprise as case analysis, puts the circular economic value flow management into ues, provides a reference for the circular economic development in cement industry.This theoretical and practical study was contributed to apply circular economy in cement industry in China.
