| With the rapid progress of society, the prosperity and development of economy, the vigorous development of infrastructure construction is promoted directly, the real estate industry is raised, and the prosperity of the hardware industry is promoted. But in recent years, due to the tighten regulation of real estate policy, metal industry is in a state of downturn and many hardware companies closed. Also there are some problems in enterprises’internal marketing management. Changing the marketing strategy is the measures that decorating industry should adopt.Based on reviewing marketing, management and related discipline theories, analyzing the research status at home and abroad, this paper studied hardware product sales strategy of Huacheng Industry&Trade Company. First, this paper analyzed the basic situation HuaCheng Industry&Trade Company and the macro environment and competitive environment of hardware product’s marketing. Also, it analyzed the internal environment of Huacheng Industry&Trade Company with SWOT analysis. Then, based on4Ps marketing theory, this paper discussed the hardware products’marketing strategy of Huacheng Industry&Trade Company in the aspects of the product strategy, price strategy, channel strategy and promotion strategy, etc.At the end of the article, the company’s organizational structure, team building and corporate management culture construction were analyzed and discussed. In order to adapt to the changing market competition environment, safeguard measures and control methods were put forward to ensure effective implementation of the marketing strategy. This paper is hoped to provide some references to enact and implement marketing strategy for other companies in hardware products distribution industry. |
