In the increasingly gradient, increasingly competitive environment, companies how to attract, retain and motivate talented employees in the enterprise, while recruiting more and better staff; how to attract, motivate more talents for enterprises tocreate higher the value for the development of enterprises continue to gain a competitive advantage; enterprises to assess how effectively the working conditions andemployee performance, and continuous improvement in their work enthusiasm andcreative potential. This is all the problems encountered in business organizations ishow to set up an operational and effective in the enterprise performance management system.In this paper, A City of Mobile Communications Company under the operating roomas the object of study of this paper, the use of questionnaires, charts and other methods ofinformation access, collect, through the existing company under the business hall ofperformance indicators, identify, analyze business offices and corporate performanceassessment of the current situation and problems of performance appraisal; through thebalanced scorecard of key performance indicators and the analysis of four dimensions,combined with the company’s performance management is now to build each dimensioncorresponding to the balanced scorecard performance measurement system, allows thecompany more specific performance appraisal, performance management is more accurate.Through the performance appraisal while model can effectively improve the performanceof each employee in order to achieve the company’s strategic objectives.
