Due to the special operating environment of EMS Company, they would not focus on new product research&development or marketing development, they may pay more attention to operation management, material management, quality control and process control. With the intensification of economic globalization and the competition of marketing, the competition among EMS companies is the competition between their supply chains. So, in order to make the company could adapt the changeable marketing environment, to meet customer demand for customization, and enhance the company’s core competitiveness, the credible and efficient supply chain is every company’s longing for.GWKF is the EMS company which always focused in advanced manufacturing, and aimed to provide high quality products and perfect service to their customers. In this article, the status of a company’s supply chain will be expressed, and according the theory of Supply Chain Management, meantime, using the Quality management tools in The6Sigma, analyse the issue during the operation. For the purpose of improving the supply chain operational efficiency, make out the better system and procedures in the area of inventory cost and delivery on time, in order to solve the problems in KaiFa’s supply chain related departments.During the analyse, focused on how to improve the company’s supply chain management model, through the Customer Inquiry System and the Warehouse Information Management System, supply chain information management system was optimized, through change the model of production, low the work in production quantity and the scrap rate, through the analyze suppliers and manage them, the rate of material delivery was improved. Applying the theory of supply chain plan and control, the communication during supplier and KaiFa become easy and smooth, then improve the company’s supply chain operation, and optimize the supply chain management system. |
