With the fierce competition in today’s market, the cost is still one of the important factors that determine companies’ survival and competitiveness.Traditional textile industry was the leading industry and national export the first large national economy, to the economic construction and development of the country has made outstanding contributions. In recent years, plagued by cost and other factors, China’s textile enterprises is in the challenging transition.Economic efficiency is the key to not be eliminated, and form their own cost advantage is the competitiveness of enterprises to maintain a strong guarantee.Modern enterprises in the development, cost control is not limited to the production process, from sourcing to the arrival of the consumer, the cost of consumption exist in every aspect of production and operation,It also increases the difficulty for enterprises in the breadth and depth of more effective cost control, On one hand, to expand the scope of cost control, as much as possible so that the cost of each item produced into all aspects of control; on the other hand, want to link each of the costs incurred in-depth analysis of specific issues and make improvements. From the upstream beginning to the most downstream supplier, supply chain get them together,On one hand, it will facilitate a more comprehensive understanding of the operators, the cost to master every aspect of consumption at the same time, to identify problems, develop appropriate countermeasures; On the other hand, which helps the flow of information between enterprises, and ultimately reduce the overall cost of mutual benefit.NF group belong to the textile industry, and face bottleneck in it’s development. NF group as the core business, based on the cost of supply chain control problems were studied.NF group from cost control regulatory organization mechanism, cost pressures faced by start, the supply chain is divided into upstream, midstream and downstream of three parts, three-part analysis of the problems of cost control and the corresponding optimization suggestions: purchasing Procurement upstream links exist dispersed collaboration with suppliers sighted procurement process-oriented issues and unknown, including the external supply chain procurement problem analysis through the integration of procurement, building strategic partnerships, optimize procurement and purchasing information transfer mode process and other means to control the supply chain upstream costs can be optimized;n a NF Group core business production processes, mainly for cost control deficiencies constitute a lack of effective oversight organization, high inventory costs, production technology needs to be improved, monitoring mechanisms restructuring, the introduction of activity-based costing and lean production methods, technological innovation, and employee enhance the quality of the supply chain can effectively control the middle reaches of the cost;Accounts receivable heavy burden of high costs and logistics, the supply chain is an issue where cost control, credit management, and strengthen the purchaser transportation side evaluation is an effective measure to solve the problem; information transmission efficiency is one of the key factors in the effective cost control, delivery problems for the entire supply chain information, strengthen customer relationship management, building information delivery platform, and efficient transfer of information throughout the supply chain, supply chain cost control will provide strong support. In this thesis, a combination of theory and practice through research based on the Group’s cost of supply chain control NF practical problems, expects to providing new idea for textile enterprises to solve the problems on cost control of supply chain.
