A Study On Dynamic Mechanism And Evaluation System Of The Optimization Of Insustrial Structure

Economic development can effectively promote the country’s overall progress and improving the status of our nation, but we still have many problems in the promotion of sustainable economic development. Industrial structure adjustment is an essential process for transformation of economic development and achieving sustainable economic development. How to achieve the optimization of industrial and at the present stage of China’s industrial structure level is the most important issue in the paper.This paper first describes the connotation of industrial structure optimization, in an external condition, it means a comprehensive multidimensional structure with industrial structure theory, international trade theory and the theory of state investment. Then it focuses on three directions to illustrate the dynamic mechanism of industrial structure optimization system, how capital and labor, technology, management and policy instruments respectively promote industrial structure to be more efficient, advanced and rational.Finally, building evaluation system of industrial structure optimization and using principal component analysis for analysis. In conclusion, our country’s overall level of industrial structure optimization shows an upward trend from2001to2011. And according to optimization level and scatter diagram of the country’s30provinces, they can be divided into high, medium and low levels of three types of optimization, the majority of provinces and cities are mainly the low level of optimization. By comparing with administrative region we can find the situation that the level of industrial structure optimization is:eastern, central and western. Analyze the causes, Kwangtung as representative of the high level of optimization classes due to the balanced development of three dimensional optimization, while optimization indicators of underdevelopment for Shan-xi as the representative of low level resulting in a consolidated level behind. Combined with the provincial per capita GDP, there is a deviation between its industrial structure optimization levels and levels of economic development. Therefore, to effectively implement the industrial structure optimization of industrial structure, it should be such that efficient, high-class and rationalization to achieve a balanced, comprehensive development.
