From1981, the State attempts to carry out real estate development in Shenzhen,Guangzhou, up to now, real estate projects everywhere in the country, just three decades, therapid development of China’s real estate industry, holds an important position in the nationaleconomy. With the deepening of the real estate market, real estate project development towardthe direction of large-scale and intensive development, real estate companies are also mostlyfollowed them into a large-scale, multi-project development phase. Can simultaneousoperation of multiple projects of different stages of development, not only as real estatecompanies determine whether a sign of maturity, but also the real estate business to scale topass. However, with respect to a single project, multi-project operation and management tobecome more complex, it requires not only the enterprises existing resources allocated forcoordination between multiple projects in order to obtain the best combination, but also on thecompany’s human resources are also put forward higher requirements.
