First of all, through reading the data of ShiZuiShan bank and questionnaire survey to study the status quo of staff training of ShiZuiShan bank; Then aiming at the problem of staff training of ShiZuiShan bank and look up the literature of home and abroad, and put forward the hierarchical targeted training to optimize design scheme; Finally, to ensure that the proposed scheme can be effectively implemented, the author puts forward the optimization scheme of supporting measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the proposed countermeasures.The paper visits and investigates the staff training status of ShiZuiShan bank, and studies the problems of staff training, then put forward the countermeasures and suggestions.
