| The twenty-first Century is the era of knowledge economy,talent has become scarce resources in various industries,the banking industry is also the case,strengthen staff training and management is the key to achieve healthy and sustainable development of the bank.As the most important management behavior,human resource management is very important in the enterprise resource allocation and management.Human resource management in the future will be affected to a certain extent and leading enterprise management and development,reform and development of the economy and the transformation of China Chinese banking supervision system,for the financial talent,especially talent of commercial bank,put forward more higher,more stringent requirements.In the process of promoting the development of enterprises,the staff of enterprises play an important role,high-quality employees can effectively promote the development of enterprises;on the contrary,it will hinder the development of enterprises.Therefore,how to improve the effectiveness of staff training,improve staff quality,so that it can better contribute to the development of the bank,is the major commercial banks need to resolve the issue,strengthen the personnel training system of imminent.In this study,the author first briefly described the present situation of research background and significance,research content,research framework,research methods and research at home and abroad in this paper;secondly,the relevant theoretical basis for training is summarized briefly;again,select the Z Bank branch in Jiangxi Province as a case analysis,through the investigation of the current situation of employee training system of the bank,to find out the current staff training system of Z bank’s problems,and in-depth analysis of these problems,to provide theoretical and practical basis for pertinent comments and suggestions put forward;finally,according to the above analysis the existing problems and reasons of the employee training system of Z bank,combined with the actual situation of Z the bank,and puts forward the path optimization training system of Z bank.Through this study,to further optimize the staff training system of Z bank,to provide intellectual support and personnel security and to promote the development of the business of Z bank,but also for other banks to establish and improve staff training system of the reference. |
