When we entered into the 21st century, human resource becomes the main topic of the people's discussion. With the development of training management, it is gradually paid more attention by business leaders. They are willingly pushing and developing training in the company and enterprise. At present, training has become an important mean of human resource management, has exceeded the original meaning of the pure school-style education, and become an important part of modern enterprise management and enterprise competition. Training is not only welfare to employees, but also the key for enterprises to maintain their competition. Training is the main task for human resource development, and also an important way for sustainable development. Training is a win-win investment for both business and employee, the proceeds of the training is to make benefit for the enterprise, improve employee's working skill, enlarge their knowledge, and enrich them-selves. So a good training system is good for the development of enterprise. In a sense, a competitive enterprise depends on the extent of staff training and development. Timely and gradually carried out training in human resource is the feasible and valid way to maintain and enhance the vitality of enterprises.In this high-tech and information era, we can say, the competition for talent is the competition for business. In the fierce market competition, actually, it is the competition for talent. Companies who want to survive, not only, we must have scientific management and high-tech talent, but also have well-trained workforce. Therefore, the well-skilled training in human resource system becomes the utmost important position in the enterprise. How to carry out human resource development effectively, to improve the quality of staff and to polish up employee job performance, the above all has become the key factor to access to the competitive advantage. And now, training of human resources increasingly has become the central role in the enterprise development process, and also, the training evaluation has the close relationship with the realization of enterprise strategic objectives. The main purpose of this paper is to share Jilin NXP training system and training evaluation methods with other companies, in the way of studying, we gradually improve the deficiency, sum up the training experience and put forward some valuable recommendations for the company.1. Establish a learning organization within the company, in order to change employees'learning attitude, change "wanted me to learn" into "I want to learn". Consciousness change will improve their own performance, in a long run, it is helpful for enterprise development.2. Introduce employees'training hours as a measure of training appraise. Through the training hours we can conclude that whether or not employee participate in training activities actively, and get ready to move towards to a learning organization.3. Enhance the strength of internal trainers, give the appropriate encouragement to internal trainers, improve both on the performance and salary structure.In this article, the author's main task is responsible for the company's training, mainly included annual training plan, monthly training plan and make sure the well implementation of each training course, the whole process of training evaluation. Talk about on Jilin NXP training type, training discipline control, training appraise case in Jilin NXP. By detailed introduction on training type in Jilin NXP, we can conclude that the training evaluation now we used is correct for us. This method is also applicable to other joint-venture enterprises, which provide a reference for other companies.
