There is an important component of the human resource management in the banking industry,that is,to improve the satisfaction of the grass-roots staff.It is necessary to motivate employees effectively,so that their enthusiasm for work can be effectively mobilized.The example provided by this paper is the sharing center of A bank,and it studies how to improve the satisfaction of the employees at the grass-roots level.The A bank's shared center is a young institution that has just been established.Most of the employees in the institution are young,short hours,and their careers are just beginning.Therefore,the promotion of employee satisfaction program,for the sharing center personnel stability,shared center of sustainable development has a very important significance.For the management of the bank,there are many unsatisfactory places for employees,which have a serious impact on the operation of A banks.This paper interviews managers and investigates job satisfaction.Based on these data,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the job satisfaction of the employees in the A bank sharing center,and finds out the specific reasons for the promotion.These reasons mainly exist in three aspects:first,the operation work has different characteristics from other work,according to the characteristics should focus on the salary and welfare.Second,the operation is a more intense work.Third,the employees in the shared center do not have much room for promotion compared with the employees in other departments.In this paper,according to the existing problems,design a set of targeted satisfaction promotion program,so that grass-roots staff work enthusiasm improved.For the salary and welfare of the operation post,the performance appraisal plan has been re formulated.The basic salary,performance and the relationship between salary and welfare are clarified.For the job promotion,the training program has been reestablished,so that the ability of the grass-roots staff has been improved,and the professional and technical appointment plan has been implemented for the personnel with certain ability.The intensity of work operation post,let the staff can also shift and holiday,to recruit more workers into the post operation,can effectively reduce the work intensity of operators.
