In2013, Chinese pharmaceutical industry is undergoing unprecedented changes. With the acceleration of economic restructuring and the comprehensive reform of the medical industry, the management of the pharmaceutical industry becomes increasingly strict, and the nation encourages the pharmaceutical industry to speed up the merger and reorganization. Opportunities and challenges will be bond to present at an unprecedented speed. How to deal with these problems and get a further development that has turned to be a significant challenge for pharmaceutical corporations. Because of the future uncertainties, reinforcing the strength is the only way to survive. At the meantime, this kind of strength can be reflected on the employees, especially those who have an effect on the development of enterprises. However, it is very difficult to find these employees from outside, thus most of them have to be trained through working within the enterprise-oriented. Every business leader should focus on how to carry out the personnel training, enhance organizational capacity, achieve the strategic goals, and support enterprises to compete at home and abroad. Moreover, establishing an effective human resources training system is a strategic measure to achieve the goal. To upgrade organizing ability and help the training manipulate efficiently, a complete human resources training modules should be established, a systematic organizational learning and development plan should be undertaken, a refinement of learning map should be built, and teaching faculty should be constructed vibrantly.Object of this paper is to research the BC Group’s human resources training system status. By building an effective training system, the purpose of this study is to meet the needs of promoting organizing ability and supporting the strategic development and transformation. The main research methods include questionnaires, analysis, induction and case study. Theoretical studies included an attempt to define the training and illustrate the nature of training. The training is mainly about knowledge, skills and professional level. At present, the common methods of training are lecture, job rotation, e-learning and benchmarking study. And the four modes of training are systematic training mode, transitional training mode, Reid Ashe training mode and learning and organization mode. The theoretic proof for the training is behaviorism learning, cognitive learning and adult learning theories. The prospect of training management includes the rise of corporate universities, more attention to meet the individual learning needs, technological and diverse training approaches, and international management system.Finally, based on the summary and analysis of the BC Group Human Resources Training and the reference of benchmarking enterprise referenced, I design the Human Resources Training system of BC Group. And I design a scheme that focus on three types of person, including new employees, managers and reserve cadres. Then I elaborate the safeguards that the implementation of the training can be ensured by. Ultimately, it will meet the development needs of enterprises and employees and achieve the win-win goal.
