The Study Of Countermeasures To Rural Human Resource Exploitation

The exploitation of rural human resource is important to the rural surplus labor transferring,increasing income of farmers,develpoment of rural economic and society.This dissertation takes the building of rural huaman resource exploitation as the research object,analysises the status of rural human resource and the solutions from the rural surplus labor perspective.The whole dissertation can be divided into following parts:Introduction.This part is the generalizations of the research background and the significance of the intensive study on this issue,the research actuality of this issue, the main content of this dissertation, the main research methods of this dissertation of this dissertation.The first part is about the related theories of rural human resource exploitation and transferring of rural surplus labor.This part analysis the status and causes of the rural human resource and transferring of rural surplus labor by the theories of them.The second part is about the constraints to rural surplus labor from the inadequate exploitation of rural human resource. This part analysis the cause of the inadquate exploitation of rural human resource from the rural surplus perspective by the theories mentioned above through the integrated use of literature,empirical and normative,qualitative and quantitative method.The third part is about the recommendations to accelerate the exploitation of rural human resource and promote the rural surplus labor transferring.To develop the rural education,rural science and technology;improve the new-type rural cooperative medical care system;construct the legal system in rural areas;deepen the reform of existing household registration system;improve the social security system and the rural labor market and so on were proposed in this part.
