The thesis tries to combine relevant human resource exploitation theory with realities of Zhibo Group by analyzing the status quo of Zhibo Group human resource exploitation, puts forward the choice and measures of human resource exploitation strategy of Zhibo Group on the basis of above analysis.The thesis expatiates the concepts, domestic and overseas research development and significance of human resource exploitation, introduces theory foundations of human resource exploitation strategy, i.e. human resource theory, human resource exploitation theory, motivating theory, enterprise strategy theory and the relationship between above-mentioned theories and human resource exploitation strategy.
