Research On The Coal Supply And Demand And The Safeguards

Hebei province is the main one of coal production and consumption, the plenteous supply of coal product is the base of regional economic sustainable development. This paper analyzes the coal utilization and coal actuality in Hebei province, it contains the coal percentage in production and consumption constitution of primary energy in Hebei province ,and the contrast between Hebei and the whole country, the relation of coal and GDP, the relation of coal and the urbanization ratio, the coal throughput and coal requirement actuality. This article forecast the middle-long term coal consumption, calculated the coal resource of static and dynamic safeguard years in Hebei province. The main problems of coal utilization in Hebei province are discussed and some policies and suggestions are advanced.
