Study On County-Level Land-use Zoning

The land is the basic source of the nation’s lifeblood and the substantial basis of people’s livelihood; and it plays an important role in social development today.No human beings can live without land.With the impact of the waves of industrialization and urbanization, the development and utilization of land resources have been changing the regional land use pattern, and the depth and width of the impact have huge regional differences.The objective existence of the land use area and the process of regional differences determine the development and utilization of land resources which need land-use zoning.Especially in mountainous counties which are underdeveloped, scale merit and limited farmland supplied, allocating land-use areas and well-coordinating each regions in land-use are quite important.The article couples the use of GIS and quantitative analysis, thus improving the effect and extensiveness of the division. On the basis of home and abroad scholars’ theoretical approaches, combining with the characters of the relevant region in this article, and having reasonable layout of land-use in YunXi.This article will choose the town area as a basic unit of the division to the object of study. On the study of the county category partition, its practicability and effectiveness are relatively high.On one hand, it is good for operating and recognitng;on the other hand, it can improve the precision of division precision.The combination of the qualitative and quantitative analysis and choosing of division unit in the field of land exploitation will be the emphasis and trendancy for division research in the future.This article takes the YunXi county as an example, and on the basis of investigating the current situation of the land usage in natural, economic and society areas, I choose land-use degree, development of economy, natural and ecological environment to establish a land-use evaluation system.Firstly, this article adopts quantitative analysis, works out each corresponding indicators’weighing coefficient by the entropy method;Secondly, calculating first class index’s synthesis scores on the basis of indicators’weighing, and having dimension evaluation about sysnthesis scores which is in line with clustering method;Thirdly, building a three-dimensional magic to three-dimensional judgement, and getting a preliminary partition result.Qualitative analysis which is drawing support from GIS spatial tools, and combined several maps(e.g,land use Present situation map)with preliminary partition result to overlay analysis.It aims at modifying the preliminary partition result,to make it more suitable for land-use factual situations in YunXi. Then land-use partitioning was done by using the drawing function of GIS software after got a ultimate partition result.Finally, put forward some measures and policy recommendations are accordance with the actual case in YunXi county.
