A Study On Land Use In The Process Of Urbanization

The urbanization is the necessary choice for China to realize its modernization, it is also the key factor to help China expand its domestic demand, promote its industrial transformation. The development of urbanization impels the relationship between society and economic to an immense evolved. It also drives the revolution of rural and urban land use strategy. As the carrier of economic development, Land plays an significant role in the process of urbanization:No matter the industrial restructuring, the population aggregation and the infrastructure construction, they are all depend on the reconfiguration of land resources.If the land is in extensive use of state for a long time, it will inevitably cause a waste of resources and polluted environment, finally leading to unsustainable economy. The reasonable land use will play a balanced allocation of resources and promote the economic development to the good effect. Therefore strengthening the intensive of land use has been imperative. In recent years, the urbanization of Shaoxing has gradually accelerated, and the demand of land has become more nervous. On the one hand more and more people swarm into Shaoxing, they need the basic living requirements of the land; On the other hand, the upgrading of the local industrial transformation can do nothing without the rational allocation of land resources. Above all the views, if Shaoxing’s economy wants to enter the track of sustainable development, it must strengthen the intensive of the land use. The land use efficiency will achieve an optimal state.This article studies the situation of land use and its rationality through building evaluation system of land use in urbanization process. It comprehends some factors and concepts which have an influence on land use by the literature. Then choose the population aggregation, industrial structure, urban construction and economics as an evaluation index to analysis the land use status in urbanization process. It uses the synthesized index model for the status of land use and uses entropy method to obtain different levels of evaluation index weight. Carry on the analysis operation when we get the index data of land use status, discussing the rationality of land use through the result. Observe the land’s potential ability by the ratio between the index actual value and rational value. Finally the article prospects the future research directions according to the results of the study.
