Tourism destination is a special product, it has a strong comprehensive and has highcomplexity. Also, with associated effect big tourism, employment pull strong, ecologicalenvironmental protection, etc. With the vigorous development of the tourism industry, thecompetition between tourism destinations are increasingly fierce. Especially when thecustomer satisfaction strategy after entering China in1995, many scholars begin to pay closeattention to the necessity of establishing our own customer satisfaction index system.Customer satisfaction research and practice has changed the previous products qualityevaluation point of view and method, but from the perspective of the customer to evaluate thequality of the product, which makes evaluation result is more close to the market demand.Our caravan left changli county in this paper, the research object is changli gold coast,is located in the territory, away from summer resort beidaihe23kilometers, is the onlynational Marine nature landscape reserve in the north of China. Water here is clean, finegrains and homogeneous, far away from city, advantageous geographical location, is famousas a bathing beach. Tourists in the leisure, the swimming, fishing and beach combing. Underthe action of tides and monsoon, rare sand hill formed at the shore of the world, the goldensand hill is as high as30to40meters, the crescent, rolling, formed the domestic only and canbe comparable to Australia in period class natural Marine desert landscape.Full text is divided into five chapters:First chapter is introduction, mainly discusses the research background, researchsignificance of this paper, the research purpose and research status at home and abroad, arealso discussed in this paper, the research ideas and research methods used in the analysisframework and.The second chapter for related theory in this paper. Mainly discusses the involved tosome of the basic theory, this paper mainly includes the tourist satisfaction related theory,tourist satisfaction measurement system, the four points of IPA diagram theory and the theoryof tourism resource development.The third chapter to beidaihe gold coast tourist satisfaction survey design. According tothe build of the gold coast tourist satisfaction evaluation index system, the evaluation factor layer as the main content of the questionnaire, so as to design the questionnaire. The poll,conducted by way of a questionnaire is divided into a formal investigation and preliminaryresearch stage.The fourth chapter analysis and evaluation to beidaihe gold coast tourist satisfaction.Due in the third chapter in the process of questionnaire distribution and recovery, becauserespondents age, level of education as well as the coordination with the attitude, the influenceof such factors as the inevitable will receive some don’t fill in a questionnaire or an event offorce majeure due to some reason can’t back on schedule to complete the questionnaire, thequestionnaire should be regarded as invalid questionnaire, not be as a reference in dataprocessing. So this chapter mainly analyze the effective questionnaire and data summary,using factor analysis method to analyze the data. Using factor analysis theory of IPA.Chapter5for beidaihe gold coast tourism resources development and evaluationstrategies. This chapter is mainly based on the above model is built and based on the results ofdata analysis found the problems existing in the gold coast and puts forward constructiveSuggestions are put forward on the gold coast tourist resources development, hopes to behelpful to the development of the gold coast.Based on the existing theory of customer satisfaction and tourists satisfaction, on thebasis of related research, based on the characteristics of the gold coast, build the land of goldcoast tourist satisfaction index model and tourists satisfaction evaluation system. According tothe result of the questionnaire survey analysis, find out the important factors that affect thegold coast tourist satisfaction. And exploratory put forward the corresponding countermeasureand the suggestion, hope more enough on the allocation of resources and the futuredevelopment of the gold coast.
