The Development And Research Of Human Resources For Rural Youth In Shandong Qingzhou

In rural areas of China, there is large population base as well as rich human resources. Asthe development of economic globalization and the information of economic society in Chinaespecially rural areas, however, the problem related with labor resources becomesincreasingly obvious. At present the cultural education level received by rural population isquite low, so employment there is difficult to realize and the number of surplus labor isdramatic.Meanwhile, it is well worth to explore and research that how to change ideas andthoughts of rural population in order to transform surplus labor to superior potential humanresources even reserves during socialism new rural development.Youth human resources, asthe main component of rural labor, is fully representative. Accordingly it becomes necessaryto develop from multi-angle to improve the overall quality of rural youth.In this paper, we analyze Shandong Qingzhou as example about status and the problems ofhuman resource development for rural youth, and come to conclude that it is crucial andnecessary to develop regardingly. To promote development of Qingzhou’s economycontinuously,rapidly and stably, we must develop the human resources for rural youth from along-term of point to improve the development of our existing system and social securitysystem. Several aspects are concluded from this artical:(1)state and government to pay moreattention to the development of human resources in rural areas,(2) increase awareness ofhuman resource development in rural areas,(3)reform, improve and diversify the ruraleducation system,(4) enhance their professional skills training,(5)improve the social securitysystem of rural human resources. It is important for economic development of Qingzhou Cityto develop rural human resources and train human resources with high competent in ruralareas which plays a vital role in building a well-off society in China.
