| High-tech industry means the industry which applies high technology on production department to develop new product with high added value. It is prospective and important for a country’s or a district’s adjustment of industrial structure and development of economic. From the trend of global high technology development, we could see the obvious cluster character. Meanwhile,the development of high-tech industrial cluster in our country is on its primary stage, there is inevitable distance existing compared to the global advanced level.Therefore, research on the development of high-tech industrial cluster directly relates to our country’s update of industrial structure and rapid development of economic. As the knowledge spillover has large effect on the high-tech industrial cluster’s development, this paper chooses the angle of the mechanism of knowledge spillover, through analyzing the operating mode and effect of this mechanism to propose the countermeasures for the development of high-tech industrial cluster. The analysis of mechanism of knowledge spillover in high-tech industrial cluster is divided in three parts in this paper. First of all, we analyze the operating mode of this mechanism inside this certain industrial cluster separately from cause, path, manner and influencing factors. Secondly, based on the explanation of the operating mode, we try to find out the effect of knowledge spillover mechanism through qualitative and quantitative analysis. This paper sets up an updated knowledge production function choosing the principles of the mechanism as variables based on qualitative analysis, and calculate the chosen investigated subjects to get each principle’s specific quantitative impact on the development of the whole industrial cluster. At last, this paper also proposes countermeasures relating to the analysis above displaying the practical meaning of the research. |
