With the rapid development of modern society, the Labor Dispatch Service hasbeen used more and more widely in China employment field. Labor Dispatch Service isa new management model for helping enterprises to reduce costs, improving theoperational efficiency and promoting the development. YD’s Labor Dispatch Servicehas been playing a significant part role in the current human resources. How to makeemployees under the Labor Dispatch Service play the biggest role in the enterprise andseek to establish a relatively perfect labor dispatch management system staff is the mainissue which we will discuss.This essay puts quite a few suggestions on the development of Labor DispatchService in China through the research and discussion on YD company actual situation ofLabor Dispatch Service employment. This essay is based on human resource’sflexibility theory and five-force model, pointing out the resolving countermeasure forthe existing issues of YD’s Labor Dispatch Service, which is bringing out theoptimizing opinions of aiming at YD’s Labor Dispatch Service from the five aspects,such as acquirement, development, inspiring, sustainment, integration. Not only can itenhance the quality of employment and training, but also promote the loyalty ofdispatching employees to their companies by optimizing of management manners.
