The Theoretical Research And Empirical Analysis On Business Climate Index Of City Tourism In Our Country

City Tourism is treated as an important part of city industry, and cities play a core and pivot role in regional tourism and even a country’s tourism economy. Unhealthy development or large scope, substantially fluctuations of city tourism can cause huge losses to the tourism economy. So, it is especially necessary and important to analyze and evaluate the business climate condition of city tourism in rigorous scientific methods.Business climate index is an important method to measure and judge prosperity degree of economic development. The business climate index of city tourism can be regarded as a way to describe running status of city tourism comprehensively, and to indicate the economic active degree of its tourism industry. On the basis of forming mechanism of business climate cycle, the purpose of this study is to establish a scientific and effective measurement system so as to evaluate and monitor the city tourism, analyze the operation situation, and conclude the warning function. The author fully absorbs and draws lessons from the domestic and foreign research status and sum up research methods, related theory and research achievements in the field of tourism climate index. Meanwhile, related methods and theories will be made a brief introduction. Then the paper carries on the thorough analysis and research in which empirical research is set as the main line on main influence factors of cyclical fluctuations from four aspects, such as politics, society, technology and determines the primary indicator of sentiment indicators according to the screening principle. Then the paper build the datum cycle benchmark by base period and datum point, establish business climate evaluation system of city tourism using synthetic index method, the variation coefficient method and other processing methods. Based on the specific statistical tools the paper conducts a systematic analysis and research on relevant collected information. Beijing is taken as empirical object, the volatility cycle path of Beijing city tourism is outlined and system verification is conducted at last. Finally, according to the scientific measured results, the paper comes to the basic characteristics of Beijing business climate cycle. By combining qualitative and quantitative method the paper explores the reasons what caused the volatility of Beijing business climate cycle from dynamic and real-time two angles. Finally the paper comes to the conclusion and prospect, and puts forward the research limitations on climate index of city tourism as well as something which needs to be modified in order make it step up the scientific and benign development path.
