| This paper discusses the hibernation tourism in our country on the basis of research achievements about the tourism climate comfort level at home and abroad,and then analyzes the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of the climate comfort degree and climate comfort period about the hibernation tourism in the low latitudes areas by means of using the climate data and combining with GIS technology.After that,by combining with the abundant tourism resource of hot-spot cities,this paper classifies the tapes of hibernation tourism and analyzes it’s development potential for all hot-spot cities. The following are the conclusions:(1)The winter average temperature in the study area is roughly decreasing from south to north and the winter average temperature is between 8.46 ℃ to 22.58 ℃,at the same time,the average temperature is diminishing from the coast to inland in coastal provinces. Winter average wind speed in the study area is affected by the sea wind that it presents the characteristics of diminishing from coastal to inland,and the winter average wind speed is between 0.74 m/s to 4 m/s in all regions. The study areas include the subtropical monsoon climate zone and tropical monsoon climate zone,which the relative humidity is obviously consistent with the rain area due to the effects of the monsoon rainfall, and the winter average relative humidity is large which is between 69% ~ 84%. The length of the sunshine time have great relationship with the rainfall as well as the altitude,and the winter sunshine time in the study area is widely varied which is between the 194 hours to 720 hours.(2)From the point of temperature humidity index,the dimension of cold region in January is larger than in December in the study area,and there is no hot region,at the same time,the climate comfortable area has a decreasing trend by combining with December. The comfortable scope in February is the maximum for the whole winter.From the point of the wind effect index,Sanya(in Hainan) and Jinghong(in Yunnan)is partially hot,and Guilin(in Guangxi) and Quanzhou( in Fujian) is partially cold,and most of the rest of the regions belong to climate comfort zone.(3)From the point of climate comfort degree,the climate comfort is the highest in February in the study area, which the comfort mean value is 7.41, then thefollowing is in December and the climate comfort in January is lowest which is 6.99,thus winter climate comfort degree in these ares is in a comfortable level. From the spatial distribution, the following several regions are suitable for developing the winter hibernation tourism,such as the Yuan-jiang river and Xishuangbanna of Yunnan province,the coastal areas in Guangxi province,the eastern and southern coastal areas of Guangdong province,the Leizhou Peninsula,the Hainan island and so on. From the point of climate comfortable period,the climate comfortable period in January is longest which the mean value is 22.7 days,December is next,and in February is shortest which is 16.8 days. From the spatial distribution,the climate comfortable periods in southwestern areas of Yunnan,southwest ares of Guangxi,and the coastal regions of Guangdong and Fujian are comparatively long, and those regions with short climate comfortable periods are distributed in north areas of Guangxi.(4)This article selects 24 hot-spot cities and divides them into two categories,which are coastal type and continental type,and then analyzes the temperature and sunshine time of these hot-spot cities. Seeing from the temperature factor, we can find that the winter average temperature of Haikou is 18.8 ℃,which is the most suitable temperature for the winter hibernation sightseeing place among the the coastal cities. And the winter average temperature of Jinghong is 17.8 ℃,which the most suitable temperature for the winter hibernation sightseeing place among the continental cities. Looking from sunlight elements,the sunshine time of winter in Sanya are total of 528.3 hours, which are the most for coastal cities. And winter sunshine time of Simao are 641.7 hours,which are the most for continental city.From the point of view of climate comfort level and climate comfort period,the most suitable cities for developing the hibernation tourism among those 24 hot-spot cities are respectively Ruili,Simao,Jinghong,Beihai,and Haikou.(5)The superior comfort level and longer comfortable period is the premise and foundation for the development of hibernation tourism,and also is the key for the tourist to choose the tourism destination in winter. But tourism activities also need to consider the attraction of tourism resources. For instance,Guilin,Guangzhou and Qingyuan have abundant tourism resources,on the contrary,Yangjiang,Zhuhai andSimao relatively have low tourism resources.(6)The development potential of hibernation tourism on hot city is analyzed by means of combining with climate comfort period and the tourism resources abundance,and then the hibernation tourism of 24 cities are divided into six types.Among them,the four city Xiamen,Jinghong,Guangzhou and Nanning belong to high-resource & long-comfort tape,which are the typical examples of hibernation tourism. And Guilin is the typical representative of resource-short & long-comfort type,the attraction for tourism resources of this type is high,but the climate comfort period is short. And Zhuhai,Yangjiang,Haikou,Ruili,Simao belongs to low-resource& long-comfort model,the climate condition of this type is superior,but it relatively lacks of tourism resources. |
