Climate is an important factor which impacts tourism. Based on the research achievements, this paper took Shuozhou as research area. It mainly discussed space-time distributing character of climate comfort degree for tourist in Shuozhou. This paper managed to analyze climate factors simply, and then used monthly average temperature, monthly average relative humidity, monthly average wind and monthly average sunshine percentage as the most important factors to analyze the climate comfort degree. It selected the climate date of Shuozhou, and used the human climate suitability index to evaluate the climate suitability of the six cities in Shuozhou. The indexes include THI(temperature humidity index), K(index of wind effect) and ICL(index of clothing). The paper calculated the value of the human climate suitability of the six cities in Shuozhou, and analyst the suitable duration and the change of the index value and bias value of the human climate suitability. Then it was found that there were four cities(including Shuocheng, Pinglu, Shanying and Youyu) with five suitable months and two cities(including Yingxian and Huairen) with six suitable months. The most comfortable period is from May to September for Shuocheng, Pinglu, Shanying and Youyu, while for Yingxian and HuaiRen the most comfortable period is from April to September. By calculating the deviation degree of uncomfortable period of every city, we can see that Youyu and Pinglu are the largest, and that the uncomfortable months of the lager deviation degree are January, February, November and December. Climate of all cities in those months shows cold side. But in July for every city the climate shows a little hot.The paper provided a certain scientific basis for Shuozhou tourism development planning and the tourists selecting the appropriate time.
