There is a very close link between weather climate and tourism activities. And the development of tourism also has a very important significance to economic and social development. At the same time, Global climate change is becoming the great background of human activities. So the development of the tourism industry is also faced with climate change. March 21,2011, Boao International Tourism Forum held in Sanya, Hainan, the United Nations World Tourism Organization Secretary-General Taleb. Reffa said at the forum, China is playing an important and irreplaceable role in the world’s tourism industry that China will become the world’s most important tourist destinations. The Chinese government placed the tourism industry an important strategic position on the future development, and this is the first country on the world of tourism development at the national strategic level. In fact, National Bureau of Statistics has noted in 2008 that China’s international tourism revenue grew from 2.6 billion dollars to the $ 41.920.000.000, an increase of 160 times from 1979 to 2007. At present, China is the formation of the world’s largest domestic tourism market. April 15,2011, the Secretary for National Tourism Administration Shao Qiwei pointed out that although China was suffered attacks by various types of natural disasters and the international financial crisis, China’s tourism industry still maintained a rapid pace of development. The rapid development of tourism is an important symbol of national economic and social prosperity and development. According to State Statistics Bureau and China National Tourism Administration statistics, the "Eleventh Five-Year" period, China’s annual growth rate of tourist arrivals reached 11.7%, to 21 million passengers; domestic tourism revenue achieved average annual growth rate of 18.9% to reach 1.26 trillion Yuan.It has no doubted that the 21st century will be the tourism industry, it will continue to thrive in this century, as people continue to raise living standards, people are more inclined to pursue a higher level of spiritual enjoyment. However, the prosperity of the tourism industry can not get rid of natural resources and environment constraints. IPCC had already pointed out that there has been ample evidence that shows the whole globe is going through a major progress of becoming warming gradually. The pattern of the World Travel Market and the distribution of travel resources may be completely changed because of climate change. How to deal with the development of tourism impact of global climate change has become an urgent need to be considered an important theoretical and practical issue. This paper studies the meteorological climate factors on the impact of tourism development, specifically, the meteorological weather conditions including extreme form, that is, regional differences in weather disasters decision problem, meteorological disasters on the overall impact of tourism development, climate comfort for the impact of tourism activities, as well as the context of global climate change Tourism development. This article includes the following sections:ChapterⅠis introduction; this section focuses on the research background, research questions and significance, and research ideas and methods, possible innovations;ChapterⅡshows the determination of regional differences about weather disaster losses, and it is the focus of the text. We analyzed not only the difference itself, but rather want to know how it is formed. This includes natural variability and socioeconomic factors. We want to know differences clearly as possible between the various regions in China caused by natural conditions. Although it is not the focus, it is our starting point. Therefore, we summarized previous studies about Comprehensive Natural Division. Division of natural disaster and Meteorological disaster risk zoning; In chapterⅢ, we discussed the impact of meteorological disasters on China’s tourism industry. We summarized the development status of China’s tourism industry, pointed out the general impact of disasters on tourism industry, and analyzed the specific situation in China.
