Study On Tourism Project Classification And Economic Evaluation Theory And Practice

Now tourism industry has entered a new stage with a big capital investment and industrialization operation. Tourism investment boom has spawned hundreds of thousands of tourism projects each year. But in the industrial structure, enterprise profitability, economic, international market share and other aspects of the overall image of China’s tourism industry lags behind developed countries in the tourism industry, and a very important reason is the lack of tourism project evaluation. At the same time, in the theoretical study tourism projects has not yet formed a complete theoretical system, mainly in the ill-defined concept, classification blur, depth characteristic lack of awareness and lack of comprehensive evaluation system.Because construction projects at home and abroad on the theoretical system is more perfect and mature, so by using comparative analysis this article obtains the concept of tourism projects, general characteristics and evaluation methods. Therefore, this article is divided into the following three parts:Firstly, this paper analyzes the general situation of domestic and international research, and summarizes the construction project concepts, classification and evaluation methods. Through comparative analysis, this paper analyzes in depth the project definition and characteristics of tourism. Tourism projects have six basic characteristics-comprehensiveness, innovation, service, integration, cultural and ecological.Secondly, this paper analyzes the current system of classification of tourism projects. Study found that there are more than ten kinds of tourism project classification, thirty types. But the projects are not mutually independent, but there is a containment relationship. Some classification does not make sense and lack of maneuverability. Meanwhile, the classification does not cover some of the emerging tourism projects. Therefore, this article from tourist demand perspective,which is best embodies the essence of travel, classifies and describes tourism projects. Finally, on the basis of the classification of tourism projects, the author stud ys the tourism project economic efficiency evaluation method, using the financial evaluation indicators to determine economic benefits for the tourism project. Off er some practical guiding significance for the project evaluation.
