Therefore the governance model and dynamic mechanism of global value chain has a great influence on the labor-intensive industry cluster internationalization. The influence made by the governance model of global value chain on labor-intensive industry cluster mainly embodied in the way of internationalization. Labor-intensive industries cluster that Embedded type hierarchy in the global value chain can choose the type of mergers and acquisitions to enter the international market; the labor-intensive industry cluster that Embedded network global value chain can choose industry transfer, and OEM business cooperation to enter the international market; The labor-intensive industry cluster that embedded market-oriented global value chain can choose exports as a way to enter the international market.
