Social network theory starts with 1950s or 1960s,which is a new study formula of sociology. Social network analysers believe that the whole society is a large system making up of interlaced or parallel network. Social network theory mainly contains two factors,one is relational factor,and the other is sturctural factor. Relational factor explains certain behaviors and process by the density, intensity, symmetry and scale of the social connection. Sturctural factor describes the social stucture refracted from the relation of actors,it also gives priority to the formation and progression of the structure. The two factors have an important influence on the spread of knowledges and informations.Social network mainly contains three theories,relational strength, social capital,and structural holes.Study on enterprise development prohibits the widespread use of social network analysis.However, the study of corporate culture in this perspective is rare.Different from the individual perspective,social network explains behaviors by the restriction of the structure rather than the intrinsic drive.According to the basic theories of the social network,the paper studies corporate culture in the social network perspective,and believes that the core of corprate culture is the structure part rather than the spirit part.Companies have extensive connections with employees, governments,other companies and social organizations,forming a certain social network.Construction of corporate culture is attributable to many factors, in the social network perspective,the factors include social capital of corporation,relational shape of social network,network of corporate culture and structural holes of corporate culture. Excellent corporate culture must be accepted by empoyees,which is a process of unifying the values of companies and employees.In order to construct corporate culture,we must pay attention to the research of the structure part.By the analysis of coherencing subgroups and the unofficial organizations,we can take adventage of the leading person of the group.Also we can analise the features and characteristics of the corporate culture,establishing the model of interactive values,so that corporate culture can be optimized,contributing to the construction of excellent corporate culture.
