The Research Into Current Situation And Solutions Of New Energy Science And Technology Achievements Serving In Rural Areas

Energy sources as a kind of substances to provide energy conversion for natural world that include mineral energy, nuclear energy, atmospheric circulation energy, rational energy, and so on. Energy sources were the material basis of human activities. Nowadays, the development of energy sources and the relationship between energy sources and environment are becoming focus problems around the world gradually, and also the key problems that closely associated with social and economic development of our country. New energy resources also named unconventional energy, it include various energy forms except traditional energy.With the development of economy and the issues of resource constraint and environment become more and more prominent, research achievements and utilization of new energy technology become the representative of soft power in competition among the countries. Our country is an agricultural country, and the rural population is close to900million, accounts for about70%of the total population, and the agricultural population reaches700million, accounts for about50.1%of the industrial population. Rural economy and agricultural development became the key field of new energy research and utilization naturally in this context. The strong support in polices and funding aspects were given from government to promote the utilization of new energy sources. During the11th Five-Year Plan period, powerful promotion efforts were carried out in utilization of marsh gas, energy efficient stove, and solar power, and the construction funds for marsh gas from central finance was up to21.2billion CNY. With the support of government, the utilization of new energy sources and energy efficient products were developed rapidly. Rural energy construction as a key constituent part of new rural construction, that plays a very important role in improving rural ecological environment and farmers’living conditions, energy conservation and emission reduction were promoted as well. However, regional problems appeared gradually because of different degrees of government’s support, farmer’s enthusiasm, manage and serve skills.This research based on abundant relevant domestic and foreign materials, analyzed the utilization status and existing problems of new energy products in rural areas according to the study results of XEMC(Xiangtan Electric Manufacturing Company Limited). The aim and meaning of this topic was illustrated at the beginning of the article, research status of popularizing agricultural science and technology at home and abroad, and the research methods, feasibility, experimental and external conditions of this study were analyzed as well. Next, the article defined related concepts, analyzed the service mechanism of new energy science and technology products, which lays a sound theoretical foundation for this research. Thirdly, the status quo and enlightenment of new energy scientific and technological achievements service rural area at home and abroad were studied, and then the case analysis of XEMC was summarized. In addition, the measures and effects of new energy scientific and technological achievements service rural area that include the promotion model optimization of new energy technology, safeguard measures of scientific and technological services model and the effect of new energy scientific and technological achievements service rural area were analyzed. The conclusion was drawn and the development tendency of new energy scientific and technological achievements promotion in rural area was discussed at the end.
