Food safety is not only related to people’s health, and is the key factor of influence factors in the process of enterprise development. Although the speed of the development of science and technology is very fast, the food safety is increasingly worrying. The monitoring of food safety becomes a safeguard to people’s health and the development of enterprise.In this paper, I used the set of food safety events during2003to2012of the China Agricultural University to establish the code system. The code system includes the food variety, the size of responsibility main body, the operation section, safety factors. This system is in order to covert the qualitative data of the events set into quantitative data for empirical analysis. The empirical analysis of my paper is mainly analysis the main factors of food safety in the process of production and the key supervision points. Through the analysis of the data, we can find that improper using of element, adding harmful inputs, using unqualified raw materials, the sanitation of employees and environment, improper processing program and improper packing are the main factors. Through the analysis we can know that meat products, dairy products, spices, food processing, beverage, wine are the key supervision in the food species, and the operation nodes, the sanitation of employees, hygiene and quality inspection are the key supervisions in the process of production, also, the large and medium-sized enterprise should be the key regulatory objects.Based on the results of empirical analysis, I analyzed the main problems in the process of production from the government, enterprises and social three angles, and I put forward the suggestions to the supervision of the safety of enterprise in combination with the main factor and the key supervision points from the government, enterprises and social three angles.
