Research On The Circulation Efficiency Of Agricultural Products And Its Influencing Factors In The Yangtze River Economic Belt

With the development of agricultural industrialization,agricultural contradiction has shifted from the production field to the consumption field.At the current stage,to solve the problem of poor circulation of agricultural products and promote the modernization of agricultural products circulation is the key to further promote the development of agricultural modernization in China,and it is the proper meaning to realize the coordinated regional development and rural revitalization.The Yangtze river economic belt,as a major strategy related to the overall national development,has been playing an important role in China's national economic development.In recent years,agricultural production in the Yangtze river economic belt has maintained a good momentum.According to the national bureau of statistics,the total output of major crops in the belt reached 21,726.06 tons in 2019,accounting for nearly 40 percent of China's total output.However,due to the traditional concept of "emphasizing production rather than circulation",the poor circulation of agricultural products has become a serious obstacle to the increase of farmers' income and the development of rural economy in the Yangtze river economic belt.In this context,it is of great significance to analyze the circulation efficiency of agricultural products in the Yangtze river economic belt and the influencing factors,and put forward the optimized path of agricultural product circulation efficiency in the Yangtze river economic belt.Firstly,on the basis of sorting out relevant literature,the paper defines the concepts of circulation efficiency of agricultural products,establishes the theoretical analysis framework of circulation efficiency of agricultural products,and reviews the existing researches.Secondly,the current situation of agricultural products circulation in the Yangtze river economic belt is analyzed from four aspects: circulation subject,circulation object,circulation carrier and circulation mode.Then,from four aspects of circulation cost,circulation scale,circulation velocity and circulation benefit,17 basic indicators were selected to establish the circulation efficiency evaluation system,and the efficiency was measured by combining principal component analysis and Dea-Malmquist index analysis.Then,the index system of influencing factors was constructed from the three levels of supply and demand,industry characteristics and external environment.The multiple regression model was used to carry out regression of agricultural product circulation efficiency value(ME),technical efficiency change value(EC)and technical level change value(TC),and the main influencing factors were analyzed.Finally,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions to further improve the circulation efficiency of agricultural products in the Yangtze river economic belt as a whole and in different regions in the upper,middle and lower reaches.The study found that from 2008 to 2018,the overall circulation of agricultural products in the Yangtze river economic belt showed extensive growth,the level of technology application was not high,and the good scale effect had not been achieved.In terms of provinces and cities,technological progress contributes less to the improvement of circulation efficiency of provinces and cities,and there is a large difference in the circulation efficiency of agricultural products among different provinces and cities.The change of technical efficiency is the main factor causing regional differences,but the difference tends to converge,and the convergence rate of downstream regions is the fastest.Logistics industry development level,economic development level,and the information level is of great significance to promote the Yangtze river economic belt of agricultural products circulation efficiency,circulation of agricultural products supply,demand,circulation enterprise scale for the circulation of agricultural products also have significant impact on efficiency,scale and policy environment and market function advantages and disadvantages in the actual offset each other.In addition,these factors have different effects on the circulation efficiency of agricultural products in different regions.
